Vicky Online, in no circumstances shall be liable for any failure on part of travel suppliers like airline carriers, hotel etc in rendering their services. Vicky online while providing travel management services does not guarantee or insure the services to be provided by any supplier, their financial position or reimbursement to you for any loss incurred as a result of the financial condition of such supplier. In such case, the sole recourse for refund shall be with the defaulting supplier.

We do not have control over travel service provider and Vicky Travels assumes no responsibility for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may be occasioned through neglect, or default or any other act or inaction of any travel service suppliers. We shall not be liable for any fluctuation in price or change in schedule or equipment or accommodations for any travel service, which occurs subsequent to payment for such service.

At Vicky Online, we take all reasonable steps to ensure that all the content on our website is accurate and correct. However Vicky Online rely on Travel Service providers in respect of certain content like seat availability, fares etc and we do not vouch for the accuracy and reliability of such content on this website.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we, and/or our providers or distributors, be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing on the site, or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, audio, or other information from the site. You shall defend and indemnify Vicky Travels Pvt Ltd, its third party providers and any of its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Vicky Travel and/or its affiliates, partner websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by the User pursuant to this agreement.

A reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed. Also fares displayed are subject to changes and we cannot guarantee the prices displayed until the booking has been confirmed and payment has been charged from you.

We are not responsible for any transaction that is declined based upon a credit/debit card that is declined by the issuing company or a travel provider or if, for any reason, the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner.

Amendments to the Policy

We suggest that you review this policy from time to time as we might modify the terms and conditions without prior notice by posting the modified terms on the website. The updated terms and conditions shall come into force and binding when it is posted on the website.

Fees and Charges

In addition to amendment and cancellation fees charged by airline, an additional amount is charged by Vicky Travels on modification or cancellation of your bookings. It is at the sole discretion of Vicky Travels to modify the amount charged anytime without any prior notice. Such amount shall be non- refundable.
